WHERE YOUR CHILD DISCOVERS THEIR POWER
The Foundation Program That Builds Confidence, Focus, and Discipline in Your 4-7 Year Old
Your young athlete is full of energy. Full of potential. Full of big feelings they don't know how to handle yet.
Maybe they're shy around new people. Maybe they can't sit still. Maybe they melt down when things don't go their way.
That's exactly why we built Tigers.
This isn't daycare. This isn't babysitting. This is where we build the foundation for everything that comes next. Confidence. Focus. Self-control. Respect.
30 minutes. High energy. Maximum impact.
This is where mighty starts.
How Transform Helps your child Build Athletic Skills
WHERE YOUR CHILD DISCOVERS THEIR ATHLETIC POWER

At 4-7 years old, your child is in the prime window for developing foundational movement skills. This is when coordination, balance, agility, and body control are built.
Movement Mastery Through Play
Every class, your child practices fundamental athletic movements disguised as games. Jumping. Running. Kicking. Punching. Spinning. Rolling. We're building the neural pathways that create coordination and body awareness.
Structured Progression
your child isn't just moving randomly. Every technique we teach builds on the last. From basic kicks to complex combinations, we create a clear pathway from beginner to advanced athlete.
Real Martial Arts Training
your child learns real striking techniques from ATA Songahm Taekwondo. Not watered down. Not simplified. Real athletic skill development in an age-appropriate format.
By the time your child graduates Tigers, they'll move like an athlete. And that foundation will serve them in every sport they ever play.
How Transform Helps your child Build Unshakeable Confidence
WHERE YOUR CHILD DISCOVERS THEY'RE STRONGER THAN THEY THOUGHT

Confidence doesn't come from being told you're great. It comes from doing things you didn't think you could do.
Small Wins, Big Impact
Every class, your child achieves something. Breaking a board. Learning a new kick. Earning a stripe on their belt. These small wins stack up. And each one builds the belief that "I can do hard things."
Progressive Challenge
We meet your child exactly where they are and push them just beyond their comfort zone. Not so hard they quit. Not so easy they coast. Just hard enough to grow. That's where confidence lives.
Public Celebration
When your child achieves a breakthrough, we celebrate it. In front of their teammates. In front of their parents. We make them feel like a champion. Because they are.
By the time your child graduates Tigers, they won't shrink when meeting new people. They won't hide behind your leg. They'll stand tall. Make eye contact. Introduce themselves. Because they know they're capable.
How Transform Helps your child Develop Laser Focus
WHERE YOUR CHILD LEARNS TO LOCK IN

Most 4-7 year olds can't focus for more than a few minutes. Their brains are wired for exploration and novelty, not sustained attention.
Short Bursts, High Intensity
We don't ask your child to focus for 30 minutes straight. We ask them to focus for 2-3 minutes at a time. Master one drill. Then move to the next. This builds focus stamina without overwhelming their developing brain.
Movement Enhances Attention
your child isn't sitting still trying to focus. They're moving. And movement activates the prefrontal cortex - the part of the brain responsible for attention and self-control. The more they move with intention, the stronger their focus becomes.
Clear Targets, Clear Goals
Every drill has a clear target. "Kick this pad 10 times." "Break this board." "Remember this combination." your child knows exactly what they're focusing on. And when they achieve it, their brain gets a dopamine hit that reinforces the focus.
By the time your child graduates Tigers, they'll be able to sit through dinner without bouncing off the walls. They'll be able to focus on homework. They'll be able to listen to a teacher's instructions without zoning out. Because they've trained their brain to lock in.
WHAT YOUR CHILD ACTUALLY NEEDS
Here's what most parents don't understand about this age:
your child's brain is developing faster right now than it ever will again. The habits your child forms today? The confidence your child builds (or doesn't build) today? That's the foundation for everything.
At this age, children need three things:
Structure without rigidity
Routines that feel like games
Challenge without frustration
Just hard enough to grow, not hard enough to quit
Confidence through small wins
Celebrating every breakthrough
That's what Tigers delivers.
We meet your child where they are. We push them just beyond what they think they can do. And we celebrate every single win along the way.
THE TIGERS METHOD
Every 30-minute class is designed to build confidence, focus, and self-control through movement and play.
High-Energy Welcome & Warm-Up
We start fast. Music. Movement. Energy. No kid stands on the sidelines. Everyone participates from second one. This is where we channel that wild energy into focus.
Skill-Building Through Games
We teach real martial arts techniques (punches, kicks, blocks) disguised as games. Your child learns discipline without even realizing it. They're having fun. They're also building neural pathways that create focus and self-control.
Partner Work & Confidence Building
Your child works with a partner to practice what they learned. This is where the magic happens. They help the other kids. They encourage their teammates. They learn that being strong means lifting others up.
Cool-Down & Character Talk
We end every class with a character lesson. Focus. Respect. Courage. Kindness. These aren't lectures. These are conversations. Your child leaves knowing they did something hard and they crushed it.
THE FIRST YEAR IN TIGERS
Tigers is built in short, clear steps. Your child earns a new belt every few weeks, so progress is something you can both see instead of something you hope is happening.
Getting Comfortable
Your child learns where to stand, how to bow, and how to follow a two-step direction. The first win is walking onto the mat without holding your hand.
First Real Skills
Kicks, blocks, and a short form they can do from memory. They break their first board and find out what "I did it" feels like.
Focus That Sticks
Longer drills, tougher combinations, and holding still when they want to fidget. This is usually where parents start hearing about it from teachers at school.
Ready For Karate Kids
Your child tests out of Tigers with real technique, real discipline, and the habit of finishing what they start — then move up to the Karate Kids program.

THE TIGERS TRANSFORMATION
Here's what parents see in the first 90 days:

The Breakthrough
Your child walks into class nervous. They leave smiling. They made a friend. They broke a board. They did something they didn't think they could do. The spark is there.

The Confidence Shift
Your child starts raising their hand more at school. They make eye contact with adults. They don't hide behind your leg anymore. Teachers notice. You notice. The shift is real.

The Leader Emerges
Your child helps younger athletes in class. They encourage their teammates. They demonstrate techniques for the group. This isn't the same kid who walked in 90 days ago. This is a leader.
By the time your child graduates Tigers, they're not just ready for the next program. They're ready for life.
